Perfect serve
Fill a balloon glass with ice to the rim and chill the glass thoroughly.
Pour 5 cl of London Dry gin, then 20 cl of Indian Tonic Water down the side of the glass.
Finish with a slice of lime or a lemon zest. Stir just once, from the bottom.
