In the Graziano’s family of tonics there is one reference made for anyone who wants all the character of a classic tonic but none of the sugar: Tonic Water Zero. The claim is the essentials, and it describes the idea well — take the sugar out, not the taste.
Zero sugar, 1 kcal, all the cinchona
Tonic Water Zero delivers 0 g of sugar and just 1 kcal per bottle, with the same bitter profile built on cinchona extract you expect from a premium tonic water. On the nose the result is clean — clear cinchona and a touch of fresh citrus — and on the palate it is dry and light, with a dry finish and a fine, persistent perlage that never overpowers the other ingredients.
The base is San Graziano water
Like every mixer in the Graziano’s range, Tonic Water Zero is built on San Graziano natural mineral water: low in minerals, low in sodium and naturally alkaline. It is the same water that has won two international gold medals, and the reason the tonic stays clean and alive in the glass.
The light gin and tonic, served properly
The ideal serve is a Light G&T: a balloon glass filled with ice, 5 cl of gin and 20 cl of Tonic Water Zero (a 1:4 ratio), a slice of lime and a single stir. 20 cl glass bottle, Product of Italy.
